Honest Self-Storage Pricing
At U•STORE•IT there are 12 months in a year not 13.
We believe that you should only pay for the storage you need—and nothing more. That’s why we offer honest, reliable, and upfront pricing. We bill on a simple and fair monthly basis, rather than on a 4 week cycle many of our competitors use.
At U•STORE•IT, the day you move in is the day your rent is always due and this saves U•STORE•IT customers an extra payment a year when compared to the 4 week competition!
When you do the storage payment math:
Monthly Billing = 12 Payments a Year
4 Week Billing = 13 Payments a Year
Savings on Self-Storage Units
Move In Special
Moving into your unit should be stress-free. All new U•STORE•IT customers will receive 25% off of their bill for the first three month’s rent.
Post-Secondary Students Save
Post-secondary students are entitled to a 25% reduction in their bill. Promotional discount valid on storage units under 5’x10′, April 1 through September 30 for New Clients only. Discount ends October 1. Must show valid student ID.
Veterans & Military Service Members Save
For any of our customers who are currently serving or are veterans of the Canadian Forces, we offer 7% off the monthly rental bill. This can not be combined with other promotions or offers.
